Transform Your Relationship with Food and Self

Unlock the power of nutrition and psychology in our transformative course. You'll expand your knowledge of food and nutrition, gaining insights that go beyond simple calorie counting.

Simultaneously, you'll deepen your understanding of the human mind, exploring the psychological factors that influence eating habits.

Through this comprehensive approach, you'll develop powerful tools for lasting behavioral change, enabling you to create a healthier relationship with food and yourself.

The Course

Each week you will broaden your knowledge of food and nutrition as well as deepen your understanding of the workings of the human mind.

You will develop tools to help you adjust your behaviour and relationships with yourself and food for long lasting change.

You will start with an initial consultation with the options to have your measurements taken. You will be given a personalised plan.

We will meet once a week via zoom to learn about a different topic on nutrition and some useful psychological aspects to keep you on track. In the group discussion we can address any issues or questions you may have.

This is a great way to support, encourage and motivate each other and so ensuring long term success!

At weeks 5 and 10 you can choose to get your measurements done again, set new goals and update your individual nutrition plan.

The Cost

£500 per person for initial consultation, weeks 5 and 10 consultations, personalised plan and course notes.
